1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit getshipkits.com or buy a template from ShipKits. By using the site or buying a template, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Purchases

Templates are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT, and its own terms apply to the payment.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive a download link by email and on your Lemon Squeezy order page. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

4. License

Your use of a template is governed by the license you bought (Personal or Commercial), described on the License page. Buying a template gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the template itself.

5. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Refund policy.

6. Support and updates

We provide email support for questions about setting up a template and for bugs in the template code. Support doesn't cover custom development or problems caused by your own changes.

We release updates when we improve a template or the frameworks it uses change. Updates are free for license holders.

7. Disclaimer

Templates are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't guarantee that a template is free of every bug or suits every purpose. You are responsible for testing and maintaining the websites you build.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ShipKits is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of a template, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
