  • Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card details.
  • We use your email only to deliver your order, updates and support.
  • You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

ShipKits sells website templates at getshipkits.com. For any privacy question, contact hello@getshipkits.com.

2. Information we collect

When you buy a template, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the order. We receive your name, email, country and order details. We never receive your full card details.

When you email us or use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

To deliver your purchase, send receipts and download links, notify you about template updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores your light or dark mode choice in your browser's local storage. Lemon Squeezy may set cookies needed for checkout when you open a checkout page.

5. Who we share it with

Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments and taxes under its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider, which serves this website. Our email provider, which we use to answer you. We share only what each service needs to do its job.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep support emails for as long as they're useful for helping you, then delete them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to how we use it. Email hello@getshipkits.com and we'll respond within one month.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced by email to customers.
